Abstract
La presente invencion se relaciona con la separacion de un catalizador a base de paladio, a partir de un medio en el cual se disuelve. Más específicamente, la invencion se relaciona con la separacion de un catalizador a base de paladio, a partir de un medio que proviene de la reaccion de hidroxiarbonilacion del butadieno en ácidos pentenoicos. Por lo tanto consiste en un procedimiento de separacion de cuando menos una parte del catalizador de paladio disuelto en una solucion que contiene también ácido 3-pentenoico, caracterizado en que esa solucion se acidifica y se agita con una solucion acuosa de ácido clorhídrico y en que se obtienen dos fases líquidas de las cuales una fase acuosa contiene cuando menos una parte del paladio.
