Abstract

Dispositivo para la formacion de lotes de productos (40) y la separacion de dichos lotes entre ellos y recíprocamente para su embalaje, destinado a estar colocado a la salida de un transportador (4) de entrada de productos (40) dispuestos sobre una sola hilera. Comprende cuando menos dos árboles concéntricos (2) de los cuales cada uno se mueve en rotacion alrededor de su eje (21) por un medio motor (30, 31, 32), independientemente de los otros, accionado por un sistema de mando (2) cada uno de dichos árboles (2) está solidarizado perpendicularmente con un sector (10, 11, 12) cuyo extremo libre tiene unos cortes (13) aptos para llegar a agarrar los productos (40) introducidos por el transportador (4), de manera que cada sector (10, 11, 12) forma un lote de productos (40), los parámetros de velocidad y de aceleracion de cada uno de dichos sectores (10, 11, 12) que se desplazan uno en seguida del otro están determinados por el sistema de mando que sigue las diferentes fases de formacion y de separacion de los lotes.
