Abstract

Esta invencion se refiere a un reactivo para la determinacion enzimática de la concentracion de un analito en un paciente en donde mide el grado de oxidacion de la coenzima, caracterizado en que dicho reactivo se estabiliza contra la oxidacion mediante un sistema de reduccion de coenzima que comprende un par enzima y substrato seleccionado de tal forma que permita la regeneracion continua de dicha coezima durante el almacenamiento de dicho reactivo. También se expone un mejoramiento de un método anzimatico de determinacion de la concentracion de un analito en una muestra de fluido corporal en donde se mide el grado de oxidacion de una coenzima, el mejoramiento comprende la estabilizacion de un reactivo que contiene dicha coenzima contra la oxidacion mediante un sistema de reduccion de coenzima que comprende un par anzima y substrato seleccionado de tal forma que permita la regeneracion continua de dicha coenzima durante el almacenamiento de dicho reactivo. También se exponen los reactivos para la determinacion de asparato aminotransferasa, alanina aminotransferasa, amoníaco y urea.
