Abstract

Se proporciona un dispositivo de pantalla de panel plano, particularmente, una pantalla de cristal líquido (LCD) y un panel de pantalla de plasma (PDP), y los métodos de elaboracion de las mismas. Se usa un método de transcripcion de láser para formar los espaciadores o paredes de la barrera que se localizan entre los substratos superior e inferior de la LCD o PDP para mantener el espacio entre los dos substratos en una distancia predeterminada. Es decir, una película donadora que incluye una película base, una capa de absorcion de luz t una capa de transcripcion se pone sobre el substrato inferior de la LCD, en el que un substrato transparente un electrodo transparente y una capa de alineacion se apilan en secuencias, o sobre el substrato inferior de la PDP, en el que un substrato transparente, un electrodo direccionador y una capa dieléctrica se apilan en secuencia, y entonces se transcribe un rayo láser sobre el mismo para formar los espaciadores de la barrera que tienen altura y ancho uniforme. Por lo tanto, el espacio entre los dos substratos es uniforme, para que las características de presentacion en pantalla puedan ser mejoradas mediante un proceso de elaboracion simple.
