Abstract

Un método para recuperar helio desde un proceso de fabricacion de fibra optica que permite la recuperacion la mayoría de las etapas en el proceso de fabricacion, incluyendo las etapas de deposicion y consolidacion. El helio recuperado puede ser refinado hasta un nivel intermedio y después refinado adicionalmente hasta alta pureza y reciclado hacia la mayoría de las etapas en el proceso de fabricacion.
