Abstract

La presente invencion se relaciona con un anticuerpo monoclonal a trombopoietina humana (TPO) con un método para la purificacion de TPO que comprende aislar la TPO del material que contiene TPO mediante cormatografía de afinidad, usando el anticuerpo, y con un método para la cuantificacion o deteccion inmunoquímica de la TPO usando el anticuerpo. Pueden purificarse, detectarse o cuantificarse distintos tipos de moléculas de la TPO humana mediante el uso del anticuerpo monoclonal de anti-TPO.
