Abstract

A condenser fan assembly containing a plurality of independently operated condenser fans, each of which includes a motor that is connected to a fan blade by means of a shaft. A housing surrounds the shaft of each motor and is anchored in the end bell of the motor. A one-way clutch is mounted in the housing and is connected to the shaft to permit rotation of the motor in one direction and prevent rotation of the motor in the opposite direction.
