Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para hacer una composicion acuosa de polímero entrelazable libre de solvente orgánico que comprende a) preparar una solucion acuosa de un oligomero de ácido-funcional con una Tg por debajo de 75 degree C y que tiene grupos funcionales entrelazadores; b) conducir una polimerizacion de emulsion acuosa para hacer una emulsion acuosa de un polímero hidrofobico olefínico en presencia de la solucion acuosa de oligomero, el polímero hidrofobico teniendo una Tg por lo menos 25 degree C mayor que aquella agente de entrelazamiento grupos funcionales entrelazadores, y c) combinar con un agente de entrelazamiento que reacciona con los grupos entrelazadores del oligomero y polímero, dicha composicion teniendo una dureza de Koenig de +/- 40 seg y una temperatura mínima de formacion de película (MFFT) +/- 55 degree C.
