Abstract
Un método para percibir el voltaje de arco y para controlar la colocacion del electrodo durante soldadura de arco eléctrico mecanizada. Este método de soldar utiliza un modo de baja potencia del arco que tiene una geometría perceptora de voltaje mejorada y permite que se hagan soldaduras confiables entre los componentes que tienen amplitudes de junta de soldadura pequeñas. Se percibe el voltaje de arco solo durante el modo de baja potencia. El paso de percepcion se efectua en un momento de percepcion que se retarda con respecto al inicio el período de baja potencia, siendo suficiente la duracion del retardo para permitir ??que el charco de soldadura producido durante el periodo de alta potencia solidifique parcialmente. Este método mejora la estabilidad de voltaje y la posicion del arco "trepe" las paredes laterales de la ranura de soldadura. Durante el modo de percepcion del voltaje de arco de baja potencia, el arco (16) es más angosto y, por lo tanto, está más enfocado la posicion sensora central del cordon, preferida, de un paso de soldadura en lugar de abrirse hacia las paredes laterales adyacentes.
