Abstract
Se proporciona un cepillo con un cuerpo de cepillo plástico de una pieza producido por moldeo por inyeccion constituido de una cabeza cubierta con cerdas y un mango dimensionalmente estable con una seccion transversal mayor que la cabeza, el cuerpo del cepillo se fabrica de un elastomero mezclado con un agente espumante y es espumado o expandido en el área del mango, mientras que es solido en el área de la seccion transversal más pequeña de la cabeza. Tal cepillo se produce por moldeo por inyeccion en un molde de dos partes las cuales, para formar la cabeza, se tienen secciones transversales más pequeñas que para formar el mango, el elastomero con el agente espumante se utiliza y las secciones transversales moldeadas para la cabeza se fabrican de manera que son más pequeñas en comparacion con aquellas para el mango de manera que el elastomero se forma unicamente en el área del mango.
