Abstract

Se proporciona un proceso para la produccion de una composicion detergente de alta densidad que tiene una densidad de aproximadamente 650 g/l. El proceso comprende el paso de formar aglomerados de detergente por medio de la alimentacion de varios chorros de materiales dentro de un mezclador/densificador. Específicamente, los siguientes materiales son alimentados continuamente en el mezclador/densificador, (i) desde aproximadamente el 1% hasta aproximadamente el 50% por peso de un surfactante de sulfonato alquilobenceno C10-18 lineal; (ii) desde aproximadamente el 1% hasta aproximadamente el 50% por peso de un surfactante de sulfato alquilo C12-16, en donde el sulfonato alquilbenceno lineal y el sulfato alquilo están en la forma de partículas secas; (iIi) desde aproximadamente el 20% hasta aproximadamente el 50% por peso de un concentrador; y (iv) desde aproximadamente el 0.1% hasta aproximadamente el 35% por peso de un agente de aglomeracion, el cual evita substancialmente la mezcla íntima del surfactante de sulfonato alquilobenceno lineal y el surfactante de sulfato alquilo en el mezclador/densificador. Otro paso del proceso comprende el secado de los aglomerados de detergente con el objeto de formar la composicion detergente de alta densidad que tiene una densidad de 650 g/l.
