Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un concentrado que comprende un vehículo acuoso, en donde dicho concentrado, después de ser diluido con agua adicional, forma una composicion lubricante para rieles transportadores, caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes componentes: (a)(i) una imidazolina cíclica de formula general (I): (a)(ii)una imidazolina cíclica de formula general (II): (a)(iii)una amida de formula general (III) o (IV), en donde R1, R2 y R3 son los mismos o diferentes y son cada uno -H o -A -Y, en el cual A es un grupo alquileno de C7-C20, saturado o no saturado, de cadena lineal o ramificada, B es un grupo alquileno de C1 a C20, saturado o no saturado, de cadena lineal o ramificada, Y es H, NH2, OH o COOM1, en el cual M1 es H o un ion metálico del Grupo 1, y X es H, NH2, OH, COOM2 o -NH-CO-R4, en el cual M2 es el mismo o diferente de M1 y es H o un ion metálico del Grupo 1 y R4 es un grupo alquilo de C1 a C20, saturado o no saturado, de cadena lineal o ramificada, y, en la imidazolina cíclica de formula general (II), el sustituyente CH3 del anillo está presente en la posicion 1 o 3 del anillo y Z- es un anion; y (b) una cantidad de ácido suficiente para hacer a la imidazolina cíclica o amida soluble en agua, dicho ácido (b) siendo una cantidad de ácido carboxílico que tiene carbon de hasta 6 átomos de carbono.
