Abstract

La presente invencion está relacionada con la industria láctea y proporciona productos de leche fermentada, líquidos o en polvo, de reconstitucion instantánea, formados por el cultivo en simbiosis de Lactobacillus casei y Lactobacillus acidophilus en un substrato de leche, así como también un procedimiento para obtener los citados productos de leche fermentada. Los productos novedosos de esta invencion permiten mantener una flora intestinal equilibrada y controlada, así como reiterar la misma después de la administracion de fármacos, o cuando se presentan deficiencias nutricionales o de la salud.
