Abstract
Un sistema de ubicacion mediante video para ubicar un recipiente de vaciado sobre una copa de conducto de vaciado de molde que comprende uno o más guarniciones de luz para iluminar una ranura sobre un molde de vaciado, un detector de imagen para detectar la posicion de la ranura sobre la ranura produciendo una imagen de ranura de vídeo, una unidad de interfase de vision conectada al detector de imagen para convertir la imagen de ranura de vídeo a informacion digital y un procesador conectado a dicha unidad de interfase de vision para determinar la posicion relativa de la imagen de ranura comparada con una posicion de referencia para la ranura. El controlador de posicion hace que la posicion del recipiente de vaciado sea ajustada mediante un subsistema de ubicacion que comprende un impulsor de ubicacion para convertir las señales de control de ubicacion a señales de accionamiento para un accionador de ubicacion, un accionador de ubicacion y por lo menos un detector de ubicacion para detectar la posicion del recipiente de vaciado.
