Abstract

La invencion está relacionada con un procedimiento, así como una instalacion para la fabricacion de material a granel calcinado, en especial clínquer de cemento, en el que el material a granel se calcina en primer lugar y se enfría después. La refrigeracion del material a granel caliente se lleva a cabo gasificando un combustible, en particular carbon, con vapor de agua, extrayéndose del material a granel caliente la entalpia de reaccion necesaria para la reaccion de gasificacion. Durante la gasificacion se genera además un gas de combustion que se aprovecha para el calcinado del material a granel.
