Abstract

Un método de moldeo por soplado para fabricar un recipiente sellado y llenar el recipiente con una sustancia. El cuerpo del recipiente está conectado a una cabeza o seccion superior. Una parte de la cabeza puede ser desprendida para abrir el recipiente. Un segmento de un tubo extruido está montado en un molde de soplado que posee una base de molde movible axialmente. El diámetro del tubo extruido es levemente mayor que el diámetro de la cabeza o seccion superior. Después del cierre del tubo y formacion del fondo del recipiente, se sopla aire en el tubo y simultáneamente se mueve la base del molde hacia las mandíbulas superiores del molde de soplado para formar la cabeza. Después de llenar el recipiente y el montaje de un cuerpo de inserto en el segmento de la seccion superior del tubo que forma la cabeza o seccion superior del recipiente, se sigue moviendo la base del molde aun más en la direccion de las mandíbulas superiores, hace que el recipiente quede libre de aire. Luego se forma la cabeza y se sella con toda seguridad con la cara exterior del cuerpo de inserto.
