Abstract

Está descrita una almohadilla sanitaria interlabial incluyendo un módulo de toma conteniendo un absorbente el cual está adaptado para ajustar en o a un lado de la abertura vaginal, un módulo de capacidad conteniendo un absorbente el cual está adaptado para colocarse separado de la abertura vaginal y fibras de transmisión de fluido sirviendo como el absorbente y además comunicándose con ambos módulos de toma y de capacidad para portar el fluido desde el módulo de toma a el módulo de capacidad. Las fibras de transmisión de fluido están orientadas longitudinalmente y empacas en el módulo de capacidad a una densidad de volumen mayor que en el módulo de toma. El módulo de toma tiene una cubierta permeable al fluido, mientras que el módulo de capacidad tiene un separador impermeable al fluido capaz de contener el fluido ahí. El módulo de capacidad puede tener una forma de abanico aplanada y puede contener superabsorbente.
