Abstract

Se describe una composición sobrebasificada con metal que comprende (A) al menos un aceite natural que comprende un aceite animal o aceite vegetal que comprende un triglicérido de fórmula en donde R1, R2 y R3 son grupos hidrocarbilo que contienen independientemente alrededor de 8 a alrededor de 24 átomos de carbón y (B) una base metálica que comprende un óxido (MO), hidróxido (MOH) o alcóxido (R4OM) metálico, donde el material M comprende un metal alcalino o alcalinotérreo y R4 es un grupo hidrocarbilo que contiene alrededor de 1 a alrededor de 24 átomos de carbono, y donde la razón de equivalentes de (A) : (B) es de 0,90-10:1 para formar un compuesto intermedio saponificado formado y sometido el exceso de (B) con (C) un gas ácido que comprende dióxido de carbono, dióxido de azufre o trióxido de azufre.
