Abstract
Un sistema para producir componentes por estampado en caliente, incluye una estación de corte por láser para cortar una placa de un material de lámina de acero suministrada. La placa tiene por lo menos uno de un borde de contorno predeterminado y una porción de recorte predeterminada para conformar una forma del componente. La placa se almacena en una estación de almacenamiento, y se transfiere posteriormente a una estación de horno para calentar la placa a una temperatura de deformación predeterminada. Una prensa que tiene una herramienta de estampado en caliente, forma la placa en la forma del componente. El sistema también incluye una estación de medición dispuesta corriente abajo de la prensa para obtener los datos de medición con respecto a la forma del componente que se forma a partir de la placa.
