Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una solución con actividad antimicrobiana para desinfectar chiles (Capsicum anuum), caracterizada porque comprende la siguiente mezcla; a) Extracto metanólico y/o acetónico seco de cálices de Jamaica (Hibiscus sabdariffa) en una concentración de 1%; b) Ácido acético en una concentración de 0.1% a 0.5%: c) Hipoclorito de sodio en una concentración de 50 y 100 ppm; en donde la solución es efectiva contra la eliminación del 100% de E. coli y s. Typhimurium.
