Abstract

En la presente invención se describen técnicas para capturar selectivamente medios utilizando un solo elemento de interfaz de usuario. En una modalidad, un aparato puede comprender un controlador táctil, un componente de captura de medios visuales y un componente de almacenamiento. El controlador táctil puede ser operativo para recibir una señal de conexión háptica. El componente de captura de medios visuales puede ser operativo para ser configurado en un modo de captura en función de si se recibe una señal de desconexión háptica por el control táctil antes de expirar un primer temporizador, el modo de captura uno de un modo de captura de fotografía o modo de captura de video, el primer temporizador inició en respuesta a la recepción de la señal de conexión háptica, el primer temporizador está configurado para expirar después de una primera duración preestablecida.
