Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un sistema de monitoreo (10) para monitorear el estado hemodinámico del sujeto (100) que comprende una unidad de generación de imagen (12) para obtener una pluralidad de imágenes del sujeto (100) con el transcurrir del tiempo, una unidad de sensor (14) para adquirir una señal de sensor del sujeto (100) en relación a un signo vital del sujeto (100), una unidad de PPG (16) para generar una señal de fotopletismografía, PPG, a partir de la pluralidad de imágenes, y una unidad de evaluación (18) para evaluar comúnmente la señal de sensor y la señal de PPG para extraer uno o más de medidas de tiempo de llegada de pulso, PAT, y para extraer una información hemodinámica acerca del estado hemodinámico del sujeto (100) a partir de una o más medidas PAT.
