Abstract

Un revestimiento rociado a base de hierro que cubre la superficie interior del calibre de un bloque de cilindros para un motor de combustión interna, en donde el revestimiento contiene picaduras sobre la superficie del mismo; la cantidad de picaduras es de 0.01 a 2.1% y la superficie del revestimiento tiene una rugosidad promedio (Ra) de 0.01 a 0.15µm. Este bloque de cilindros para un motor de combustión interna se proporciona con: un calibre que tiene el revestimiento rociado a base de hierro sobre la superficie interior; y un cuerpo de bloque de cilindros que tiene el calibre. Este mecanismo deslizante para un motor de combustión interna se proporciona con: el bloque de cilindros para un motor de combustión interna; y un pistón que se desliza en el calibre del bloque de cilindros. El pistón tiene un anillo de pistón, y el anillo de pistón tiene un revestimiento de cromo, un revestimiento de nitruro de cromo o un revestimiento de carbono tipo diamante en una parte que entra en contacto deslizante con el calibre.
