Abstract
Un dispositivo de codificación mixta de dominio del tiempo / dominio de la frecuencia y método de codificación una señal de sonido de entrada, donde una contribución de excitación del dominio de tiempo se calcula en respuesta a la señal de sonido de entrada. En el cálculo de la contribución de excitación del dominio de tiempo, la señal de sonido de entrada se puede procesar en cuadros sucesivos de la señal de sonido de entrada y se puede calcular un número de subcuadros para ser utilizado en un cuadro actual.
