Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato láser, sistema y método para determinar una profundidad del punto focal de un rayo láser; un dispositivo de interfaz que se puede acoplar al aparato láser y tiene un elemento de aplanado que comprende una superficie frontal y una superficie trasera; un rayo láser que tiene una forma predefinida es enfocado a través del elemento de aplanado en un punto focal; se detecta una imagen sobrepuesta de un reflejo espurio, que es reflejado desde la superficie frontal del elemento de aplanado, con un reflejo estándar, que es reflejado desde la superficie trasera del elemento de aplanado; el reflejo espurio después es filtrado de la imagen sobrepuesta; basándose en el reflejo estándar restante, se puede determinar la profundidad del punto focal del rayo láser.
