Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para decorar empaques externos, el método comprende; proporcionar una cinta de transferencia que comprende una película de refuerzo en forma de cinta, una capa decorativa y una capa de liberación acomodada entre la capa decorativa y la película de refuerzo, la capa decorativa tiene una multiplicidad de elementos decorativos, idénticos, ópticamente variables que se arreglan en las primeras regiones del área, las cuales están separadas entre sí y se apartan entre sí en la dirección longitudinal de la cinta de transferencia, y la capa decorativa que tiene las segundas regiones del área, las cuales están separadas entre sí y se apartan entre sí en la dirección longitudinal de la cinta de transferencia y en la cual la capa decorativa tiene una o más capas que se pueden individualizar para proporcionar en cada caso diferentes marcajes ópticos legibles con máquina; y transferir en cada caso una primera región del área o una región parcial de una primera región del área y una segunda región del área o una región parcial de una segunda región del área de la capa decorativa a una superficie que va a ser decorada, la una o más capas que pueden ser individualizadas de la segunda región del área respectiva se individualizan antes o durante la transferencia, con el resultado que, además de uno de los elementos decorativos ópticamente variables, un marcaje óptico, legible con máquina, individualizado, se transfiere desde la cinta de transferencia a la superficie que va a ser decorada, en donde la superficie de la capa decorativa que ,es opuesta de la capa de liberación se proporciona con una capa adhesiva sobre el área de superficie completa en la segunda región del área, y en donde, para individualización, se aplica una capa de desactivación en forma de patrón a la capa adhesiva en la segunda región del área, el moldeo de la capa de desactivación que corresponde al moldeo del marcaje óptico que es legible por máquina individualizado, en una forma negativa, y en donde durante la transferencia, la cinta de transferencia se presiona contra la superficie que se va a decorar en la segunda región del área por medio de una herramienta de grabado, y en donde, en las regiones parciales en las cuales no está acomodada la capa de desactivación en forma de patrón entre la capa adhesiva y la superficie que se va a decorar, las capas individualizadas permanecen sobre la superficie que se va a decorar cuando toma lugar el desprendimiento, y en las otras regiones parciales de la segunda región del área, en las cuales se proporciona la capa de desactivación, las capas que se pueden individualizar permanecen en la cinta de transferencia y se separan de las regiones parciales permaneciendo en la superficie que va a ser decorada cuando toma lugar el desprendimiento.
