Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de 3-fluor benzodiazepinas de fórmula: (ver figura). En donde X es cloro, bromo, NO2 o CF3; y es hidrógeno, cloro, bromo o fluor, Z es hidrógeno, hidrocarbilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono,-CH2CF3,-CONHR,-CH2CH2NR2 O -CH2CH2NR2A, donde R es aquilo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono y A es un ácido farmacéuticamente adecuado; B es oxígeno, ó B y Z unidos representanN-NC(R1)-, donde R1 es hidrógeno ó alquilo C1-C4, caracterizado porque consiste en poner en contacto, en condiciones esencialmente anhidras y a una temperatura de -80 A +10ºC aproximadamente, un compuesto de fórmula: (ver figura). donde B, X, Y y Z son los definidos anteriormente y R1 y R2 son individualmente un grupo alquilo primario de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono o unidos representen un grupo -(CH2)4- ó -(CH2)5-.The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of 3-fluor benzodiazepines of the formula: (see figure).
