Abstract

En una prensa (1) que tiene un accionador de fondo, un émbolo (1.1) la ejecución de un golpe - stroke - (h) y acomodando al menos una parte superior de la herramienta (1.2), rodillos o barras de acoplamiento (2.1.2) que actúan sobre el émbolo (1.1) los cuales en cada caso forman un tren de accionamiento (2.1.4) de un dispositivo de accionamiento (2) que tiene un motor o servomotor (2.1.1), y una parte inferior de la herramienta (3.2) dispuestos sobre una sub-estructura (3), en la cual el émbolo (1.1) con la parte superior de la herramienta (1.2) actúa sobre la pieza de trabajo (5) a ser procesada, el acto de fuerzas efectiva en una manera diferenciada y en un mayor rango efectivo si, por medio de un dispositivo de control de un bucle o lazo abierto y de un bucle o lazo cerrado (4), los valores de los estados de operación en el sistema de la prensa (1) son registrados durante el procesamiento de la pieza de trabajo (5) y son evaluados de acuerdo con la función (Fórmula (I)) para formar datos, y el movimiento del émbolo es utilizado para x, de modo que la prensa (1); puede ser operada bajo el control del bucle o lazo abierto o cerrado de acuerdo con un sistema de fuerza necesaria para la pieza de trabajo (5).
