Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un calentador de agua de paso instantáneo conformado por un tubo arrollado (110) en contacto con un colector de calor (100) y unido por un primer extremo (111) a un tubo de entrada de agua fría (50) y por un segundo extremo (112) a la entrada (121) de un intercambiador de calor (120) cuya salida (122) está unida a su vez a un tubo de salida de agua caliente (60), una fuente de calor (140) concéntrica al colector de calor (100), un piloto de gas (142) conectado a la fuente de calor (140) y un sensor de temperatura (130) unido a un mecanismo regulador (80) que a su vez está conectado a la fuente de calor (140); el calentador de agua de paso instantáneo caracterizado porque el sensor de temperatura (130) está localizado en cualquier parte del tubo de entrada de agua fría (50), tubo arrollado (110), intercambiador de calor (120) o tubo de salida de agua caliente (60), y esta parte está comprendida por el colector de calor (100); en donde el colector de calor (100), cuando no hay flujo de agua, mantiene y transfiere el calor generado por el piloto de gas (142) al agua estancada contenida en dicha parte donde está localizado el sensor de temperatura (130) para conservar su temperatura, tal que el sensor de temperatura (130) no detecta cambio de temperatura en el agua estancada y mantiene al mecanismo regulador (80) en posición de cerrado para impedir el flujo de una fuente de energía hacia la fuente de calor (140).
