Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a métodos para tratar mezclas que contienen rebaudiósido A (Reb A), rebaudiósido B (Reb B), y rebaudiósido D (Reb D) naturales, contrapartes sintéticas de estos, y/o derivados de las modalidades naturales o sintéticas para obtener uno o más de estos glicósidos en forma más pura. En muchas modalidades, la invención se puede usar para procesar mezclas de glicósidos obtenidas al menos en parte de fuentes naturales tal como la planta Stevia. Esto permite, por ejemplo, la recuperación de un producto que incluye material de Reb A en forma más pura con relación a material de Reb B o material de Reb D. Como una alternativa o además de la recuperación del material de Reb A purificado, se puede obtener un producto que incluye Reb B y/o material de Reb D en forma más pura con relación al material de Reb A.
