Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un cierre para un recipiente sellado de un producto alimenticio vaciable, el cierre comprende: una boquilla de vaciado que tiene por lo menos una capa de material de barrera contra gases y/o contra la luz y a su vez comprende una porción de cuello para definir una abertura de vaciado y una porción de barrera que cierra la abertura de vaciado en el lado de la porción de cuello opuesta al lado que está de frente al recipiente durante el uso; y una tapa ajustable a, y removible de, la boquilla de vaciado; la porción de barrera tiene un corte en su periferia y está unida a una pared superior de la tapa sobrepuesta en la porción de barrera; caracterizado porque el corte es un corte pasante que proporciona una porción de cubierta que define una capa de barrera contra gases y/o contra la luz de la tapa y puede ser removida junto con la tapa de la boquilla de vaciado la primera vez que se abre el cierre; y porque se provee un sellador en un área dada de la pared superior de la tapa para cooperar con una región de la boquilla de vaciado alrededor de la porción de cubierta para asegurar el sellado del cierre.
