Abstract
Un sistema de instalación y depuración de paso variable, que comprende: una pluralidad de sensores (301-306) de posición, en el que cada uno de los sensores (301-306) de posición está configurado para ser instalado en una unión entre un sistema de paso variable y una pala, con el fin de detectar la posición de la pala, y enviar un resultado de detección de posición de la pala a un subcontrolador (201-203) correspondiente a la pala; una pluralidad de subcontroladores (201-203), en el que cada subcontrolador (201-203) está configurado para determinar, de acuerdo con el resultado de detección de posición de la pala correspondiente al subcontrolador (201-203), si la pala está en una posición de habilitación de operación, y enviar una señal de habilitación a un controlador (100) maestro si la pala está en la posición de habilitación de operación; y el controlador (100) maestro que está configurado para operar la pala de acuerdo con la señal de habilitación. Gracias a esta estructura, se resuelve el problema de que la instalación y depuración de un sistema de paso variable se ve afectada en gran medida por factores humanos. Además, la presente solicitud se refiere además a un método de funcionamiento del sistema de instalación y depuración de paso variable.
