Abstract

Un método implementado por computadora para identificar a un usuario, el método usa un dispositivo de cómputo que comprende una fuente de iluminación que, cuando se activa, emite luz visible, el método comprende tomar dos imágenes de una escena que potencialmente comprende una parte del cuerpo vivo que tiene una característica biométrica, en donde se toma una primera imagen sin que se active la fuente de iluminación y se toma la segunda imagen con la fuente de iluminación activada, transferir la primera imagen y la segunda imagen a una red neuronal y procesar, mediante la red neuronal, la primera imagen y la segunda imagen, en donde el procesamiento comprende comparar la primera imagen y la segunda imagen, determinar mediante esto si la primera imagen y la segunda imagen son imágenes de una parte del cuerpo vivo, el método comprende además, si se determina que la primera imagen y la segunda imagen son imágenes de una parte del cuerpo vivo, efectuar un algoritmo de identificación para encontrar una característica biométrica para identificar al usuario y si se determina que la primera imagen y la segunda imagen no son imágenes de una parte del cuerpo vivo, no efectuar el algoritmo de identificación.
