Abstract

Se describen en la presente métodos para medir rápidamente propiedades de las semillas de grano. Los métodos permiten una estimación cualitativa, rápida del alto contenido de amilosa en la semilla de grano. Los métodos descritos en la presente permiten la estimación del alto contenido de amilosa en el trigo en ya sea una instalación de laboratorio o en el campo con un mínimo de equipo requerido. Los resultados de estos métodos se pueden utilizar para determinar si las semillas con alta amilosa se han contaminado con semillas normales o con baja amilosa.
