Abstract
Procedimiento para el tratamiento térmico de un componente (2), que comprende: a) calentar el componente (2) en un primer horno continuo (3) que en la dirección de transporte (r) del componente (2) está dividido en una primera zona (6) y una segunda zona (7) contigua a esta y que es atravesada más tarde por el componente (2), extendiéndose la primera zona (6) y la segunda zona (7) en la dirección de transporte (r) del componente (2) juntas por al menos el 70 % del primer horno continuo (3), en donde una temperatura promedio en la primera zona (6) se sitúa por debajo de la temperatura AC3 (TAC3) del componente (2), y en donde una temperatura promedio en la segunda zona (7) se sitúa por encima de la temperatura AC3 (TAC3) del componente (2), b) transferir el componente (2) desde el primer horno continuo (3) a una estación de atemperado (4), c) tratar térmicamente el componente (2) en la estación de atemperado (4), en donde una primera área del componente (2) se expone a una temperatura que se sitúa, en promedio, por encima de la temperatura AC3 (TAC3) del componente (2), y una segunda área del componente (2) se enfría. Debido al diferente tratamiento térmico por áreas, el componente (2) obtiene una ductilidad diferente por áreas. Esto es ventajoso, por ejemplo, en el caso de un pilar B para un vehículo de motor. Las diferentes temperaturas (TZ1, TZ2) en las zonas (6, 7) del primer horno continuo (3) hacen, a este respecto, que las áreas de diferente ductilidad estén separadas entre sí de manera particularmente precisa.
