Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un aparato para estimar la velocidad de flujo de un material sólido fluido en una tubería generalmente horizontal que tiene un elemento de transporte móvil, tal como un tornillo sinfín en la tubería para transportar el material a lo largo de la tubería, incluidos sensores de distancia montados en la tubería en la parte superior de la tubería y dispuestos para detectar la distancia del material en una parte inferior de la tubería desde el sensor. Se proporciona otro sensor para detectar la velocidad de movimiento del elemento de transporte, por ejemplo, detectando el metal del vuelo del tornillo sinfín.
