Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método y aparato de procesamiento y producción aséptica de células en un aparato de recinto no estéril sin biocidas químicos, mediante el control del nivel de humedad en todo el recinto a 25 % de humedad relativa (HR) o menos, y preferentemente a 20 % o 15 % o menos de HR. Además, la temperatura se controla a 37 °C y se mantiene un flujo de gas constante en el recinto. Las unidades formadoras de colonias a partir de la contaminación microbiana detectada por el monitoreo ambiental dentro del recinto se reducen significativamente con este método.
