Abstract

La invención consiste de un hierro fundido gris que comprende carbono, silicio, vanadio, manganeso, níquel, cromo, molibdeno, cobre, azufre, fósforo, estaño y titanio, en donde: el porcentaje en peso de carbono es de 3.70 a 3.90 %; el porcentaje en peso de silicio es de 1.30 a 2.10 %; el porcentaje en peso de vanadio es de 0.10 a 0.15 %; el porcentaje en peso de manganeso es de 0.60 a 0.90 %; el porcentaje en peso de níquel es de 0.05 a 0.50 %; el porcentaje en peso de cromo es de 0.20 a 0.35 %; el porcentaje en peso de molibdeno no es más de 0.10 %; el porcentaje en peso de cobre no es más de 0.35 %; el porcentaje en peso de azufre es menos de 10 0.10%; el porcentaje en peso de fósforo es menos de 0.10%; el porcentaje en peso de estaño es menos de 0.10%; el porcentaje en peso de titanio no es más de 0.01%; en donde el sobrante en peso es hierro.
