Abstract

La invención se relaciona con una estructura de capa de café y con recipientes para la preparación de bebidas. De acuerdo con uno de los recipientes, el recipiente comprende un compartimiento (91) que contiene partículas de café molido (1, 2) a extraer, en donde el comportamiento (91) está adaptado para ser atravesado por un flujo de agua bajo presión desde una pared de inyección (89) del recipiente hacia una pared dispensadora (92) del recipiente para preparar una bebida a partir de las partículas de café (1, 2), en donde las partículas de café (1, 2) comprenden: un primer grupo de primeras partículas de café (1) que tiene una primera media de momento volumétrico D[4,3], y un segundo grupo de segundas partículas de café (2) que tiene una segunda media de momento volumétrico D[4,3] y que se dispone corriente abajo del primer grupo de primeras partículas de café (1), en donde el segundo grupo de segundas partículas de café (2) está en contacto directo con la pared dispensadora (92), en donde la segunda media de momento volumétrico es mayor que la primera media de momento volumétrico.
