Abstract

Se proporciona un método para producir una genoteca de fagos que muestra anticuerpos o fragmentos de anticuerpos, que comprende proporcionar un primer polinucleótido que contiene LC, un segundo polinucleótido que contiene conexona y un tercer polinucleótido que contiene HC, introduciendo respectivamente el primer, segundo y tercer polinucleótidos en la primera, segunda y tercera bacterias para obtener una genoteca bacteriana del componente de cadena ligera, una genoteca bacteriana del componente de conexona y una genoteca bacteriana del componente de cadena pesada, obteniendo un plásmido del componente de cadena ligera, un plásmido de componente de conexona y un plásmido del componente de cadena pesada de las genotecas, obteniendo la LC liberada, conexona liberada y HC liberada de los plásmidos, conectando los segmentos del vector de visualización liberados para formar un producto de conexión para la visualización, introduciendo una tercera bacteria para obtener una genoteca bacteriana de visualización y utilizando la genoteca bacteriana de visualización para preparar la genoteca de fagos para mostrar los anticuerpos o fragmentos de anticuerpos; también se proporciona una genoteca de fagos producida de acuerdo con el método.
