Abstract
Se propone un método para supervisión automática del proceso durante la rectificación continua de piezas de trabajo predentadas, el cual permite la detección inicial de desenganches de muela abrasiva. Se utiliza una rectificadora para mecanizar una pluralidad de piezas de trabajo. Para este fin, las piezas de trabajo se sujetan sobre al menos un husillo de la pieza de trabajo y se mueven sucesivamente para generar el embrague con una muela abrasiva. Se supervisa al menos una variable medida durante el mecanizado. Un indicador de advertencia para un desenganche de muela abrasiva se determina a partir de dicha variable medida. Si el indicador de advertencia indica un desenganche de muela abrasiva, la muela abrasiva se examina automáticamente. Para este fin, una herramienta de reacondicionamiento se mueve sobre la región de punta de la muela abrasiva, y una señal de contacto se determina durante el movimiento sobre la región de punta. Un indicador de desenganche se determina al analizar la señal de contacto, en donde el indicador de desenganche indica si se encuentra presente un desenganche de muela abrasiva. Si este es el caso, la muela abrasiva se reacondiciona tan a menudo como sea necesario con objeto de eliminar el desenganche de muela abrasiva. Alternativamente, la verificación de la muela abrasiva se realiza directamente en la primera carrera de reacondicionamiento.
