Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo de apertura (1) configurado para ser aplicado a un envase (2, 3) para productos vertibles, el dispositivo de apertura (1) comprende: una boquilla de vertido (10) que define una abertura de vertido (11) a través de la cual verter, en uso, el producto vertible; una tapa configurada para acoplar y desacoplar la boquilla de vertido (10) para cerrar y abrir respectivamente la abertura de vertido (11); un elemento de cierre (30) que cierra y/o sella la abertura de vertido (11), formado en una sola pieza con la boquilla de vertido (10) y conectado al pico de vertido (10) por una porción de conexión rompible (31) configurada para romperse durante primera apertura del dispositivo de apertura (1); el elemento de cierre (30) que comprende una porción sobresaliente (24) que se extiende a través de la abertura de vertido (11) y está conectada a la tapa (12); y medios de evidencia de manipulación (21) instalados en la boquilla de vertido (10) e inicialmente conectados a la tapa (12) por medio de por lo menos un puente de conexión rompible configurado para romperse durante la primera apertura del dispositivo de apertura (1); en donde la tapa (12) está articulada a los medios de evidencia de manipulación (21), con ello queda permanentemente atada a la boquilla de vertido (10).
