Abstract
En la presente se describen análogos de derivados de agonistas de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab que incluyen al menos un aminoácido no natural, y métodos para elaborar estos polipéptidos y aminoácidos no naturales. Los análogos de derivados de agonista de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab pueden incluir una amplia gama de funcionalidades posibles, pero habitualmente tienen al menos un grupo oxima, carbonilo, dicarbonilo y/o hidroxilamina. En la presente también se describen análogos de derivados de agonista de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab de aminoácidos no naturales que se modifican además postraslacionalmente, métodos para efectuar estas modificaciones y métodos para purificar estos análogos de derivados de agonista de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab. Habitualmente, los análogos de derivados de agonistas de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab modificados incluyen al menos un grupo oxima, carbonilo, dicarbonilo y/o hidroxilamina. Se describen además métodos para usar estos análogos de derivados de agonistas de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab de aminoácidos no naturales y análogos de derivados de agonistas de TLR enlazados a trastuzumab de aminoácidos no naturales modificados, incluido el uso terapéutico, de diagnóstico y otro uso de biotecnología.
