Abstract
En el presente documento se describen métodos, sistemas y productos de programas de cómputo que permiten la identificación y corrección de tonos incorrectos y/o inconsistentes en las regiones brillantes en una imagen HDR. Se identifica una región brillante en una imagen. La región brillante se cataloga en una clasificación asignada. Se determina un valor de luminancia de la región brillante y se compara con los valores de luminancia predefinidos correspondientes a la clasificación. El valor de luminancia de la región brillante se ajusta para que coincida con los valores de luminancia predefinidos donde hay una falta de coincidencia. Las regiones brillantes que incluyen valores de luminancia no coincidentes o incorrectos pueden representarse en la pantalla para incluir un indicador visual de que tales regiones incluyen valores de luminancia no coincidentes.
