Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sistema de émbolo de fundición para una máquina de fundición de troquel, en donde el sistema de émbolo de fundición comprende una parte estacionaria del sistema (1) y una parte del sistema (2) que se mueve con relación a la parte estacionaria del sistema en un ciclo de fundición respectivo para la introducción de material fundido en un molde de fundición, y tiene un émbolo (3), una varilla de émbolo (4) y una unidad de accionamiento de varilla (5), y está configurada para desacelerarse al final de una fase de llenado de molde del ciclo de fundición bajo el efecto de presión en el material fundido; y un método de fundición para una máquina de fundición de troquel con dicho sistema de émbolo; de acuerdo con la invención, la parte movida del sistema (2) tiene una masa la cual puede ser ajustada de forma variable entre diferentes ciclos de fundición, y/o la parte movida del sistema consiste de una parte movida del sistema principal (2a) y una unidad de masa adicional (ZE) la cual está acomodada para poderse mover con relación a la parte del sistema principal y está configurada para desacelerarse, al final de la fase de llenado de molde del ciclo de fundición, más tarde por un tiempo de retraso predefinido que la parte del sistema principal.
