Abstract

Se proporciona un método para asignar una petición de servicio. El método puede incluir: recibir una petición de servicio desde una terminal de un peticionario de servicio, la petición de servicio es para un servicio de trasporte e incluye una ubicación de recogida y un ubicación de descenso; determinar un primer proveedor de servicio para proporcionar el servicio de transporte; generar una primer orden de servicio asignando la petición de servicio al primer proveedor de servicio; recibir una petición para navegación asociada con la primer orden de servicio en un segundo momento; generar información de ruta basado en una segunda ubicación del primer proveedor de servicio en un segundo momento y la ubicación de recogida; determinar si se reasigna la petición de servicio a un segundo proveedor de servicio basado en la información de ruta; generar adicionalmente una segunda orden de servicio reasignando la petición de servicio al segundo proveedor de servicio; y transmitir señales a una terminal del segundo proveedor de servicio.
