Abstract
La presente invención proporciona enzimas pantotenato quinasa (PanK) modificadas genéticamente, polipéptidos que tienen actividad PanK y polinucleótidos que codifican estas enzimas, así como vectores y células hospederas que comprenden estos polinucleótidos y polipéptidos; también se proporcionan métodos para producir enzimas PanK; la presente invención proporciona además composiciones que comprenden las enzimas PanK y métodos para usar las enzimas PanK modificadas genéticamente; la presente invención encuentra un uso particular en la producción de compuestos farmacéuticos.
