Abstract

La invención se refiere a levadura activa adaptada para ácidos orgánicos débiles y al uso de las mismas para aves de corral o animales rumiantes; la invención también se refiere a un probiótico para aves de corral o animales rumiantes, que comprende una levadura activa adaptada para ácidos orgánicos débiles; la invención se refiere además al uso de tal una levadura para mejorar los desempeños zootécnicos de las aves de corral y al uso de la misma en un probiótico y/o alimento para aves de corral; más aún se refiere al uso de tal una levadura para mejorar los parámetros físico-químicos y fermentativos del rumen de animales rumiantes, y al uso de la misma en un probiótico y/o alimento para animales rumiantes; además, la invención se refiere a tal una levadura para uso en la prevención y/o el tratamiento de trastornos digestivos en animales rumiantes y particularmente en la prevención de acidosis en animales rumiantes.
