Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso de múltiples pasos para preparar ácidos 2,6- dialquilfenilacéticos de la fórmula general (I) haciendo reaccionar 2,6-dialquilbromobencenos con (1) magnesio, (2) una formamida, (3) un ácido, (4) hidrogenación del benzaldehído obtenido, (5) activación del alcohol bencílico obtenido, (6) cianación del alcohol bencílico activado y (7) hidrólisis del nitrilo obtenido.
