Abstract

The present invention relates to a precision recirculation system and process forward/reverse of multiple anaerobic stages for correct acidification-methanogenesis in wastewater treatment. Said system consists of an arrangement of four bioreactors defined by a first acidification bioreactor and three methanogenic bioreactors for deep anaerobic digestion. Said bioreactors connect by feeding and recirculation ducts with a flow control valve, a pumping system, and a valve opening control system. Said first acidification bioreactor includes an influent inlet duct with a flow control valve interconnected by ducts and flows control valves for discharging half of the output flow to each of the first and second methanogenic bioreactors. Also, an outlet duct allows a second discharge flow of treated water from the said third methanogenic bioreactor divided into half to recirculate to said first and second methanogenic bioreactors.
